Change of mind: 100% back within 8 business days of booking, before arrival. Cancel 60 days or more before arrival: 100% back. Between 59 and 30 days: 50%, or one date change keeping 100% as credit for 12 months. Under 30 days: no refund, except nights we manage to rent again. Holidays (Dec 20 – Jan 5 and Holy Week): 50% of the total is non-refundable and, from 60 days before arrival, nothing is refunded except nights we manage to rent again; the change of mind within 8 business days always applies, and we recommend travel insurance. One date change per booking, requested 30 or more days ahead, same home, within 12 months. Refunds go back to the same payment method within 8 calendar days, with no handling fees. Rain and green season are not a reason for a refund while the home and its access work; we recommend travel insurance. Experiences: free cancellation up to 48 hours before; for boats and private experiences, up to 7 days before; if the operator or the weather cancels, full refund.

All ages welcome; babies under 2 don’t count as guests. Crib and high chair on request in the guest registration when you book. One dog under 15 kg with prior notice: tick “Travelling with a pet?” when you book.

Quepos airport (XQP) is 10 minutes away; San José (SJO) 2 h 20 – 2 h 40 by road, depending on traffic. Private transfers with the driver waiting at arrivals, in the vehicle that fits your group: the price of the leg depends on the vehicle and the size of your group, is shown under «Getting here», and you pay it to the operator. Ask for them when you book or later. Parking and elevator access are included; the residence is on the top floor of the marina building.
